Our Alzheimer's and Dementia Support group is designed to provide information, resources, and encouragement in a safe Christian environment. During this 6-week group, you will gain a better understanding of the causes and the hope possible through new research, resources and support. This group is designed for anyone impacted by, experiencing or walking with someone else through a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia.

Session 1 - History of Alzheimer's, Details about Alzheimer's, How it begins & Do you feel like you are starting to "miss beats"
Session 2 - Cognitive Issues, Testing Cognition, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine & Western vs. Eastern medicine
Sessions 3 - Nutrition, Exercise & Brain Exercises
Session 4 - Discussion of Alzheimer's Stages 4-7, Quality of life, Living with Dementia, Live the best life & Skills and hands on ideas for the day to day
Session 5 - Caregivers, finding community for person with Dementia and the Caregiver & Caregiver help, resources and self-care
Session 6 - Supporting friends & family with a loved one with Dementia, how to support if you live out of town, how to support spouses and where do you go from here?
